Sylvia Farber, owner and founder of 101 Advocacy, holds a BA in Special Education and Elementary Education from Florida Southern College and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Florida State University. Sylvia has 10 years experience in various special education settings, including classroom teacher, Special Education Department Head, and Alternative Certification Instructor. She has been helping families navigate the special education process since 2008. Sylvia is the married mother of three children--one with developmental delays.
Cynthia Villaplana is bilingual in Spanish and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Alternative Certification in the areas of Generalist EC-4 and Special Education PK-12 from Region 20 Service Center. Cyndi has 10 years teaching experience in various special education settings, including self-contained, resource, co-teach, and inclusion. She is the married mother of three children-one with multiple disabilities including cerebral palsy and visual impairment.
DeNette Krawczynski has a BA in Special Education and Elementary Education from The University of Texas. She received her Masters Degree from Texas A &M in Educational Administration. DeNette has 36 years experience in the field of special education. She served as a teacher, Area Special Education Coordinator, and Director of Special Education. DeNette is married, has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. Her son has a learning disability and 2 of her grandchildren have health related disabilities.
